Cute but smells

This rug is very soft and has great color, however, it stinks. Like absolutely awful. I initially thought it was just “new rug” scent, but we’ve had it for about 5 months and it’s the same, despite using baking soda, carpet powder, and a shampooer. It smells skunky.
