Tastes great
These gummies are not only affordable, but taste like sour gummy candy. Definitely helps with sleep and I had muscle pain periodically, these have helped for that as well!

Do the math and you will see
Compare these to powder and the actual elemental content and you will see that this bottle is only worth 20 literal cents. Anything more costly than this would only be out of the convenience of them being gummies. Not worth it to me. I got these for free so I figured I would at least try them once. Anyways these are still gross. I can add pineapple juice pomegranate juice and water to the powder and it tastes way better than these gummies plus not sour like these either. I have a feeling these gummies will be discontinued or changed because this is a poor product sorry.

Absorption Matters
These work great if you want a little pick me up and are truly magnesium deficient. But as the other reviews said, the absorption is only 22mg. Technically they didn’t lie that the gummy is 200mg though. If you want full 200mg, you need to find labels of 200mg absorption, which are most likely going to be in pill form. Like I said, I will not discredit these because they definitely did improve my mood, but I will be switching over to the 200mg pills.

THERE IS ONLY 22MG OF MAGNESIUM IN THESE!
Now I know why they're so cheap...22mg of magnesium per serving??? I realize I should have looked more closely at the label, but the front of the bottle is obviously misleading. I do not find them to be sour, they're just very tart, but I also enjoy sour and/or tart things. HOWEVER, if I wanted sour gummies I would have just bought them. - I do not see at all how this low of a dose could help anyone. Not a happy camper and will likely be returning due to the intentional mislabeling, so I can actually get something worthwhile. What a joke.

LIARS!
Only 22 mg of magnesium per serving even though front packaging says 200mg per serving. Bunch of bologna! Also these things are sour. Like really freaking sour.

Its a yes!
I was worried that I would hate the flavor of these. I cannot do artificial grape flavored things. These lean more on the real grape flavor with a small amount of artificial. They're not too sour. I don't pucker when I take these. They also don't stick together too bad either. The label looks suspect, but down below a few reviews some have explained it. I wish they'd make a bigger bottle than 14 days worth. And keep them in stock.

Well rested even after late night stuyding
I typically take magnesium citrate but the one I typically take has been out of stock so I got this because I notice a huge difference when I take any kind of magnesium vs when I don’t (I’ve been told I’m deficient). I took 2 of these bad boys last night around 1:30am because that’s when I remembered to take them. Woke up at 7:30am this morning feeling more rested than usual and not like I had stayed up past midnight studying, which I had! I absolutely love the sour grape flavor too, tbh could eat a handful but as a nursing student I know what that would do to me lol. Also you cannot beat the $5 price!

Confusing label but they're great!
These gummies taste amazing and I also love that they are magnesium glycinate which is better absorbed by your body and gentler on your stomach. I was also very confused by the label at first and went to Natures Truth website to see reviews and found this. Posting it here for others as well. For $5 they’re definitely worth a try!

Good stuff
Finally a supplement that's value friendly! Easier to absorb and enjoyable to eat. I don't know about sour gummy first thing in the morning after a savory breakfast, but taking lunch and dinner is tolerable.

Quite nice. Seemingly quick effects!!
My doc advised me to try magnesium glycinate for menopausal brain fog and sleep challenges so I chose these gummies because, well, gummies! Been taking them for a week and although I do not discount the probability of a psychosomatic effect, I have found them quite lovely and I do believe my sleep quality has improved as well as the brain fog which had me wandering around the house trying to remember where we keep the silverware (!!) Looking to purchase a bigger batch but find the price discrepancy between the 28 count and 60 count... strange. People can still do math, Target.
