Great size and sturdy sign!
This is the Up and Up branded For Sale Sign. This is a great and sturdy sign. It’s perfect for in your yard or driveway - it has metal stakes that slide easily in between the red thick board. There’s little grooves as my picture shows how it works. This is a great size sign. The words are the same on both sides. The red part of the sign is 12x16. The stakes add a minimum of 11” but could make it sit higher if you done push it in all the way. I do recommend this sign!

It is what it is - a plastic for sale sign to announce to all around that something is for sale. It was very easy to put together (place the metal piece through the bottom of the sign). It was also easy to stick in the ground and I’m happy to report that it stays put well! I appreciate the bright red color! It will help attract buyers to your sale! I bought this to help my little entrepreneur at home!

Smaller than I expected but two sided and thick
I got this for future yard sales and I am glad I did. This is a really nice sign made from durable plastic that I can reuse over and over again. I like that it is two sided so you can stick it perpendicular to the street and people can read it from both sides of the sidewalk. It comes with a metal stand that is long and hard to bend so it will stay in the ground and not blow over. I didn’t look at the specs so I didn’t know how large it was going to be. I thought it would be giant check size but it’s more like two sheets of printer paper size. It’s still good though. I can’t wait to use it.

Big but would worry about winter weather
I got this because we are selling a trailer but it is winter here. We just got a snow storm and although I can put this near the trailer, I do not think it would hold up in this weather. The stand is also pretty thin for winter conditions. However, I think it will be great for the spring and we'll hold off until then because this is a really good size.

Got this for sale sign from up & up.Its a good quality sign with no assembly required and easily installed and ready to put out.The shape is rectangular with size 12 inch by 16 inch.Its made with plastic and it’s red color with For Sale sign written in white,and a blank space for personalized message.So I can write the time and date or whatever in that space.
