Mold on fabric

I bought this for my cat and it came with mold on it (it was wrapped in plastic and came in the original box). It was a good deal, $50.99, so I figured I’d just buy another one to replace the one that had mold and return the moldy one. Well, just my luck, the new one came with even more mold on it :( With some spot cleaning it should be fine but still disappointing. Our cat is 12lbs and fits great in it.
