Q: How large is the actual opening? I am thinking to use this for cat litter disposal, and wonder what size scoop would be able to push open the flap to dump clumps into bag.

  • A: The opening is about 6.9". Please note that there is a hub, designed to block odors once you open the lid.     I honestly wouldn’t have gotten this but it was gifted and it’s nice to have, helps with order control . I’m just used to putting the diaper in a small bag and throwing them out right away, since I don’t really like the idea of having a trash can full of diapers in my home .

    Thrown away but bought it again

    Helped me a lot! Got one from the baby shower but I accidentally threw away the hub. I looked online to get a replacement but it kept saying it was "out of stock"... I ended up buying a whole new set after waiting/looking for 2 weeks. But I love your product to buy a new one!
