Quality is not there !
I’m surprised that Eddie Bauer is putting their name in this blanket. The qualities poor, paper thin. I have purchased E Bauer blankets before, this is not the quality I’m use to

Not all cotton
Not pure cotton. Not flannel. Item listing says twill, details say flannel, closeup pics show flannel. It’s definitely a coarse, non-cozy twill fabric, not a nice soft flannel. Also, specifications state that the backing is cotton, but it’s not. It’s just the usual cheap polyester microfiber fleece. Yuck. Literally only bought it because it said was cotton. Two stars for great colors.

FALSE ADVERTISING - PRODUCT CONTAINS 50% OR MORE POLYESTER
I purchased several of these blankets before Christmas, as gifts, for relatives with sensitive skin (lots of that in the family). I was happy to see that, at that time, the blankets were listed as 100% cotton. The whole blanket. Not just one side. I knew that eddie bauer had similar blankets that were listed as 100% polyester, so I assumed these were a different model. I was pleasantly surprised at the use of cotton for sherpa, which is very uncommon these days, and which would be delightful for people who had previously experienced such a thing but who had not been able to find it again. Imagine my disappointment when I got ready to wrap these and noticed that they were NOT 100% cotton, but instead had the front (the part that does NOT touch your skin) made of cotton flannel, with a 100% polyester backing, which means that ZERO cotton and ALL polyester would be making contact with their skin, if they intended to use the blankets. For those who are unaware, polyester (and the flame retardant chemicals with which it is often augmented for safety) can be extremely harsh on people with sensitive skin, eczema, psoriasis, allergies, etc...I had to rush out and purchase last-minute additions to their gift list and I am going to have to return these blankets. They should be listed as either 50% cotton 50% polyester, or they should be listed as cotton flannel with polyester sherpa backing, they should NEVER under ANY CIRCUMSTANCES be sold as 100% cotton without further clarification. That's fraudulent false advertising and is borderline illegal, without the tag telling the truth it would be 100% illegal. The images also did not contain the tag at the back which specified that only the useless part was made from cotton and that the skin contacting part was made from polyester, I did specifically check for that. So maybe it is illegal, who knows...I can just return them, though. Still not something I would have had to do with accurate information.
