A: All 4 of the figures heads articulate at the neck. only Knuckles and Tails have a joint at the torso

A: Sonic and Shadow do not have torso articulation due to electronics but their necks move. Knuckles has both, Tails has neck.

A: You can see in the pictures that they all have neck articulation, but it looks like only knuckles has waist articulation. This is probably because tails has a smaller torso and sonic/shadow need room for their light up mechanisms.
