Awesome pool basketball hoop!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We just set up our new Lifetime pool basketball hoop. My kids and I loved it. It will add a lot of extra fun to our pool activities. The assembly was mush easier than I expected. It only took about 45 minutes with some help from my 10 year old son. I was also very presently surprised by how sturdy it is when the base is filled with water. I have played on other pool hoops that fall into the pool constantly. This one is very firm, even when my kids were dunking on it. I anticipate this will last us many years to come. Very good value for the price. Highly recommend!

Great Poolside Hoop!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We recently received this poolside hoop and can already tell that it will live up to the Lifetime name, and quality. It was fairly easy to put together with two of us, but definitely recommend a box to set the backboard up on while installing hoop. My kids have thoroughly enjoyed playing with it in the pool already and know it will be a staple for a very long time. The only downside, according to my 11 year old son, is that he can’t dunk on it! I told him he just needs to grow a little more….ha!

This thing is solid!
Received our new hoop a few weeks back and man does it do the job! This thing is meant to be USED. We’ve been through a few other hoops but this one definitely takes the cake. My teenagers can be pretty tough on things and this hoop has stood up very well so far. A few tips for a successful build! You definitely need TWO people! Lots of holding and balancing while attaching parts. Second! Get some sort of an electric drill to help really tighten up your hoop. And third! Where’s the ball?? Haha we were so excited to get going and once it was built we realized it didn’t come with a ball. Overall very happy and would highly recommend!!

Best pool purchase we've ever gotten!
We put this together the day we got because we were so excited to use it! And it did not disappoint!! Assembly wasn't too bad. It recommends 2 people to assemble, but my husband basically did it by himself. It took maybe 45 min-1 hr. From start to finish. Just be aware that you'll need a 1/2" wrench to assemble. Our favorite feature is the wheels making it easy to move and store. We also love the dolphin on the backboard. But the biggest thing we love is how durable and sturdy it is. We had a bunch of high school football players use it and I was a little nervous because they are huge and rough on things, but I only saw it move once and that's because 280 lbs dunked on it! It has held up amazingly well and is an extremely great product. We couldn't be happier with it! P.s. it doesn't come w a ball. Not a big deal, we just didn't realize that when it came.

My 14-year old son put this together as soon as we brought it home with just a little bit of help and minor frustration from the confusing instructions (and 2 missing nuts) but once we got past that it’s been an amazing addition to our backyard and pool! The kids and adults play with it every time we swim! We love the wheels so we can move it easily when summer is over. We filled the white base with water and the kids have played rough with it and even hang on the hoop and it hasn’t budged. We love the quality and durability of this poolside hoop! Thanks Lifetime for another great product!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We love our hoop! Instructions were clear and took about 30-45 min for one adult. Was mildly annoyed that the instructions were all mixed in with different languages-would prefer that the languages were all separated. But otherwise, things were pretty organized and packaged well. We have had hours and hours of pool time fun for all ages--even the "old men" get into a great game of water b-ball! It hasn't budged after being bumped and slam-dunked. We filled the base with water. We appreciate the wheels so we can move it. I love the design and colors -it looks great with our pool design. The white base even blends with our pool deck! It has added so much to our pool time, we play with it every time we swim! Even guests have commented how fun it is to play various games on the hoop. I have used lifetime products because I trust their durability -they make things to last! We look forward to years and years of use!

Dolphin 🐬 pool basketball hoop
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We got this hoop yesterday. Took us about an hour to assemble it, would’ve taken less time but we had to fix a couple poles that we had backwards. Instead of sand we used water to fill the base. My kids have been playing with it NONSTOP since we put it up. It’s been hit at least 100 times and it hasn’t budged! I love the size of it, it’s perfect for the side of the pool and isn’t an eyesore! I’m so happy we got it and I’m confident it’ll last all summer! Because of the way it’s built, it’ll be easy to store in the winter months, although my kids might want to leave it out and just throw balls from the diving board 😆.

Amazing Basketball Hoop!

The instructions were very clear and easy, one adult and one teenager put this together in about 30-45 minutes. This hoop is very sturdy and strong, several teens have played quite rough for hours and it has held up. This hoop is easy to move and the plastic is durable and well made.

The instructions are clear and concise with diagrams showing a parts list, tools required, how to put things together, and what it should look like. Assembly takes about 30 minutes and is not at all difficult. (But I recommend 2 people). Our families favorite feature of the Lifetime 44-Inch Poolside Portable Basketball Hoop System is the fact that it does have the wheels that make it so you can move it around on your pool deck, and we also love the Dolphin Design on the backboard! The white base of this Basketball Hoop System really adds to the planning and Durability of this system since it won’t get super hot sitting in the sun on a pool desk, and I love that the metal is powder coated to help prevent any rust from splashing water. This has become a favorite activity in our family, and rejuvenated our pool usage, thanks Lifetime!
