A: It needs to be plugged in constently for the air to remain, so it makes a noise of a fan blowing.

Hanging dragon ONLY comes with lawn stakes!!! It stares it comes with lawn stakes but in the picture you can see it looks like a dead dragon on the ground, might include a hook to "hang" it.
