Strange taste but nice texture

There aren't that many vegan mac and cheese options out there, so I'll always take what I can get. This sauce tastes a little strange and I definitely think it could be improves, but the texture is good, if a little oily. I don't find it good enough to eat often, but once a year or so, it'll satisfy my craving for vegan mac and cheese.

The Taste is Terrible

It does not taste like cheese at all, and it is loaded with sodium--1010 mg. per serving. I was extremely disappointed since I have to be GF. I tried it with GF pasta, but it didn't taste like macaroni and cheese at all! It was very expensive, especially when I threw away the remainder of the product.
