They include numerous healthy ingredients including a nut and nut flour blend of almonds and organic coconut, a seed blend of sunflower, flax and chia as well as organic raisins, honey and carrots. They really do taste like a spiced cake but mine were a bit lacking in carrots. They are corn and grain free. They are only 160 calories and very filling.

Also goes great with a cup of coffee in the morning if you don't want a big breakfast. It does contain eggs, so not vegan, but otherwise a nice ingedients list. Would eat, would buy again.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got these to have as an extra snack that also fits our specific eating habits and I love them, and so does my family! They are firm enough to hold and eat like a bar, but soft enough to taste more baked than something like a granola bar. The carrot cake flavor is really good too. Sweet and spicy, but not too much of either. We will definitely be purchasing these again! The only negative comment I have is that 4 in a box seems like too few. 6 would seem like a more logical purchase. My wife and kids could finish this box as quickly as it’s opened! It would be nice to have just a couple more in the box. Otherwise, they’re great!

You can taste the healthy ingredients in them and they are made from wholesome things and you cant go wrong with healthy and organically sourced ingredients. There are a lot of flavors mixed into the bar, and goes well with a morning coffee or milk. This is a drier snack, so you will definitely want something good to drink to go with it. Gluten free, so works with that diet as well and it is a good on the go snack if your non-stop like me.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First off I love the packaging. Its cute and they inform you of everything about the bar. I love all the ingredients and all the "frees" I feel good about eating this product based on the ingredients. When I opened the package, the bar is a little smaller than the wrapper. It has nuts all in it and you can visibly see that. It has a wetter texture than actual carrot cake but initial it really tastes like carrot cake. Then it kinda gets a little away from that. It is okay. I liked it but I also wanted to quit eating it. The texture isn't bad but you can tell it has different ingredients than carrot cake. It is still great just not for me. I would still give them a try though.

While the bars were soft and moist they lacked the carrot cake flavor I love. Don't get me wrong some people may enjoy but I did not. I would definitely give them a try and judge them for yourself as they are great for on the go people and don't make a mess.

They have a nice texture and taste, along with being organic and gluten free. These bars are made from all natural ingredients, including nut and nut blend flour They are not overly sweet and have the right amount of spice. I will definitely be buying again!

Carrot cake is one of my favorites and I have never even dreamed of using that in my cake. But they were pretty delicious. They had a nice spice to them and were not overly sweet. I also like the nuts that was in them. My 2.5 year old also enjoyed these bars. They are satisfying and a great pick me up or snack.
