These were pretty bad and had a bizarre texture. The flavor was banana, cinnamon, licorice and coconut. And the baked part was like moon sand - dry but somehow still crumbly. And then it's full of coconut flakes, sunflower seeds and almond pieces. There's a lot going on and it just didn't come together nicely.

Nutty bread bar
I don't really understand why these are rated so high lol. I don't taste any banana at all... I know with gluten free options we are limited but we can at least try to be realistic with our expectations. It's not a bad bar but it's NOT banana. And the 1 star is for not being dry and crumbly so yay..
