Looked cheap

Cheaply made and painted the metal color instead of being true metal. Black cord looked cheap, too.

Great product

This light was just what we were looking for for our restored 1870s home. We had searched hundreds of options from various lighting companies. We had never ordered from this company, so we weren't sure what to expect. Very happy with the purchase and the company.

Makes me wonder....

Package was obviously a return. The light itself seems to be ok, but all packets were opened. Light fixture was not returned to the plastic bag it was supposed to be in....all foam padding was broken and crumbled. We haven't installed the fixture yet, but are hoping is does not have to be returned. The wiring is new indicating it has never been hung. Hopefully we will not have to return it because it is faulty.
