Purchased this to replace another LG that stopped working. This TV was purchased new in late Oct 2024 and stopped working by May 2025. The screen is completely black. Opened a service ticket with LG and they sent the warranty claim to a closed TV repair company.

Love the TV as well asmy b2 but cannot recommend LG anymore as with the last update I can no longer watch YouTube premium with screen off . Big deal breaker for me as I used to like listening to YouTube with screen off going to sleep.

First TV had a cracked screen. Had to repack everything and return for an exchange. The second tv is ok. The remote gets an F-. It’s overly complicated because the layout is horrible. Getting the apps all signed into is a giant pain. The setup and product manuals are poorly designed and not very helpful. Color picture is good. I always struggle with electronics and hate getting something new because nothing is as streamlined as I think it should.

Remote lacks simplicity

The initial setup is frustratingly poor as you have options to use mobile device to configure but just sits there spinning and doing nothing. Did walk through from remote which as you can imagine was lengthy. My biggest dislike is the remote. It has several buttons that are useless and could be configured for simplicity. Good luck as night not pressing a wrong button and screen switching over to something else. BTW tv remote lacks voice recognition which for some is a deal breaker, so be advised.

Had to hook my firecube back up because the TV would constantly log me out of my streaming services. I now have to constantly choose HDMI to get to my firecube.The commercials still way too loud.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Nice picture and quality sound from an inexpensive unit that brings a smile to my face every time I watch it. Using a little technology savvy I was able to bring better sound quality and picture quality to this unit. Old school operating booklets are out and searching the remote buttons (hunt and peck) are in nowadays, to find your best experience with these WebOS TV's.

After owning this TV for about a month, I can finally say that I can give an honest and fair opinion about this TV. For the price, you do get a TV that delivers a nice picture and pretty decent sound. Even though I do not like the buttons on the remote, I enjoy the LG Channel and the functionality of the UI. There are better TVs out there, but for the price, you get great value in return. My next goal is to be able to buy another LG that is bigger and has a higher refresh rate.

I'm not happy with the limited-usage remote control. What sense does it make to have a feature-ready TV without a remote control that allows usage of those features? I would have been nice to know that I would need to purchase a Magic Remote separately. The LG TV that I bought 2 years ago came with the Magic Remote.

It is connected to my home WiFi but I continue to get the “no signal” message. The main selection button on the remote has stopped working so I cannot control or watch the TV. The main channels are mediocre. I have tried to connect this television multiple times to the app but I cannot because of the “no signal” message. I was able to watch tv with the remote but that stopped. It seems smaller than advertised. I would not recommend!!!
