I bought this for a small M/C trailer to camp in. I only plugged it in at my house and I believe it will work great.

So far so good the product is nice quality ice cold and the heat is a plus

Just got it today. Couldn't adjust the window extension had to cut it so when it was adjusted it didn't block the hole. It's on now it's working and blowing cold air.

I loved it at first. The heater works great, the fan works great. But the a/c pushed out warm air and low push of air. The unit vents were cleaned several times and not used for days and retried. I lived in STX over 100F daily & although I love the unit, I need a replacement. Thank you.

Seems great so far. Not into hot weather yet. Pumping out cold air. Attractive.

Works great, cools down down the area fast. Haven't gotten a new electric bill since I started using it, so I can't tell about energy efficiency yet. *The noise isn't too bad. It's not whisper quiet for sure, but not too loud. It reads 54 decibels on my meter. *The remote is easy to use and the casters roll easily. The unit is sleek looking and not too heavy. *The drain hose is short! There is no built in bucket. . . so I had to go purchase another . 5"""" ID drain hose and run it to the washing machine's drain. If it's in cooling mode, it easily removes a gallon of water from the air in about 14 hours. Haven't tried heating or dehumidifier modes yet. *The exhaust hose """"pipe"""" is really large in diameter, but it does bend easily. There are, however, slight gaps where the exhaust hose fits into the window piece. I needed to use Styrofoam to block the slits/gaps. I will be going to the hardware store for some flexible caulking. All in all, much preferable to a window unit!

just received today, box intact, clear directions for installation.

The machine is high quality compared to other ones I've owned in the past. It has a sleek solid design. The wheels were not damaged in shipping which I cannot say the same for the last two portable AC units I've purchased. It comes with the window kit which is a huge Plus as well as the exhaust tube being larger than my AC units of the past which would tell me that I could exhaust hot air more efficiently than my other units

It was easy to set up and when I started it, it is blowing cold air.
