Was delivered a bedframe not a cabinet

The company sent me a bedframe instead of a cabinet. Now I have to go thru the hassle of repackaging and bringing this 78 pound box to UPS somehow when I own a small sedan. Lovely.

Item came missing all nails/screws and missing one of the wooden pieces so could not assemble. Contacted customer service multiple times and they wouldn’t send replacement pieces, even when I offered to purchase them. They must have sent me a returned product without checking if the item was complete.

Arrived damaged

Item arrived with many of the longer pieces snapped in half and we had to return it. Item was poorly packaged. I would not recommend buying until the remedy the shipping and packaging issues.
