Perfect for cooking!!!
This was one of the best chocolates I have ever tried. It was completely rich in taste, I had a smooth consistency and was packaged in a paper covering that was eco-friendly, it had a high value for the amount that I paid for the bar of chocolate.

Makes the best chocolate chip cookies
One my absolute favorites to use in my famous chocolate chips cookies. I chop up several bars of and use it as my chocolate chips. If you haven’t made the switch to using these bars I recommend you try it. You won’t go back to regular chocolate chips.

This Ghirardelli semi sweet chocolate is amazing. It comes in a 4 oz pack made from being too far. There are millions of chocolate cookie recipes my chocolate cookies came out perfect and tasty even better. Pros of this product is that you can never go wrong with chocolate cookies. Cons of this product is that not enough.

The chocolate was so smooth and creamy. It tasted like a little piece of heaven in a cookie. My teen son liked them so much he went to the store, bought the ingredients and made more for the family. I will definitely be buying more Ghirardelli Premium Baking Bar Semi-Sweet Chocolate - 4 oz. I am really looking forward to trying out the Ghirardelli dark chocolate next.

Outstandingly Delicious
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this about a week ago and decided to make decadent brownies with Ghirardelli chunks of chocolate. Needless to say, they didn't last an hour. The chocolate baked beautifully and gave the brownies extra chocolate flavor. I am definitely going to be buying this. Oh, forgot, I also melted some and made chocolate covered strawberries, yeah, unreal.
