Great rug, awful shipping packaging

The rug itself was exactly as I thought it would be, I have the same rug in a smaller size in my dining room. The problem is how the rug was shipped. This is a 9’x12’ rug and it came FOLDED up in a box! Who folds a huge area rug for shipping? I’ve ordered a lot of area rugs over the years and every single one has come rolled. It’s been just over a month now and I still haven’t been able to remove all the fold creases from the rug. Won’t order area rugs from Target again.
