The quality is great, but the part you freeze doesn't stay cold very long, and the pouch is pretty thick so it was hard for it didn't feel very cool even in the beginning. It might be better at holding heat

As a person who works overnights and who has a bright room. Ive been contemplating on getting this or some block out curtains lol. To save money i got this. You will most def get your rest. This very much blocks out the light. Doesn't slip off at all. I wear it without the weighted heat/cold pack. And it perfectly fine without it tbh. Actually recommend this. On the box it has different ways to relief or get comfortable. might just get another just to have two lol.

In the aftermath of my eye surgery, I purchased this product with the expectation that it would provide relief, but it falls short in maintaining a cold temperature. The instructions advise freezing it for 1-3 hours. Initially, I froze it for 3 hours, but this was ineffective. I then froze it for 12 hours, only to find that the outcome was unchanged. Ultimately, this $15 purchase was a letdown.

This is the perfect balance between a weighted sleep mask, and a lighter one. Just enough pressure to be comfortable. The fabric is incredibly soft and gentle on my hair. I wish I had gotten this sooner.

I’ve tried at least 3 different eye masks to help sleep during the day and to no avail until this Sharper Image eye mask. I also have lash extensions and it doesn’t bother them at all—a must have quality in any eye mask I try. The weighted sensation is not too heavy, and gives you just enough of a “hug” on your face to help fall asleep. I do love that it stays on/around your head unlike the NodPod, which I also love.

My head is sensitive to any pressure and I was really surprised how comfortable this was, it did not put any pressure on around the band and is still tight enough to keep light out. The cooling insert is amazing, I keep it in my freezer and use it often both with the facemask and at times without.
Not for cold use.

I like that the insert is what you heat or freeze, but the cover has an odor to it. The mask is really large but does not block all of the light. Also the strap is not adjustable. These things need to be improved before I can recommend this product.
