Safety concern

I really liked the design of these glasses, they are modern and elegant. However, unfortunately one of the glasses separated from its base after being used for a short time. There was no drop or impact; the base simply detached unexpectedly. This raises concerns about durability and quality control. It’s disappointing because the product looks well made, but this issue affects both safety and longevity. I hope this was just an isolated defect and I wish I could have a refund.
