I wanted a new frying pan like my old calphalon hard anodized but with a non-stick surface. This pan is much thinner and a real disappointment. If the thinness was in the description, it was not obvious. But love the glass lid.

. Then delivery was repeatedly postponed Now cancelled, not by me. The sale price is no longer honored and the last delivery date for Sept 2,2025 is now also cancelled. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It's not the same quality as the one that I have had for the last ten years. It is not as heavy. It is is thinner. Although I haven't used in a lot, it seems to cook well. Plus, there is a cover as most 10 frying pans don't come with a cover. Since I haven't had it for very long, I can't comment how long before I have to replace it.

This pan is thin, sticks to things easy. If you'll notice all the good ratings are carried over from Calphalon . One. I had the same model prior, I'd say 10 years oiler so I thought oh it calphanon. This one is even made cheaper, hard time sitting even on glass stove. So disappointed. The lids the heaviest part! Bought this brand for 30 years. Guess Target sales the lowest of their line

I have one like it, but was hoping for the taller sided one. I love the way these pans cook! Unfortunately, the original non-stick finish has not held up so well. I'm after the new non-stick finish. I want to be sure that my pans don't lose their finish!

I ordered this one about an hour before I got the email for the Blue Spruce Ceramic. I like the pan, it is easy to hold, my husband can flip his eggs in it and that impresses him. But when I was drying it after about a month maybe two of use I see wear on the finish already. Just a shadow. No metal utensils have been used on the pan, and there isn't any cuts.
