Who folds a rug ?

This rug is crap. It comes very folded up in a small box. It doesn’t lay flat. If I had known it was folded I wouldn’t have purchased it.

The order I placed was for a 3x5 brown and blue rug. The rug I received was a 2x6 pink rug.
