Looks very nice but doesn't heat up

Beautiful blanket comprised of beautiful Fall colors. Such a bummer because I just couldn’t give the blanket another chance after a passenger in my vehicle told me it didn’t heat up at all for her while she was using it in my car. This is my second attempt at trying to purchase a 12-volt car blanket that heats up.
