This stuff is supposed to be more natural than the other products and its line. The smell is not like your typical tanning lotion or nose, not very strong at all. Very easy to apply and the mousse helps with that. Inisenit on my dace as well and have not had any problems.

Self Tanner enthusiast! Purest is the best.
The smell is better than most of the loving tan products. Has a cocoa smell to it when applying. It dries quickly and you can put clothes on a few minutes after. I did not find it to be tacky or sticky. I love that is has better ingredients, it's so even and smooth when applying. I find other self tanners and other loving tan products leave streaks if you don't rub it in right away. The Purest one does not do that. The color is very dark which I love. I find it to be darker than the other Loving Tans. I've tried other brands but this beats them all! I do wish there was more product in the bottle. I highly recommend this!

One of my most LOVED products
The formula is easy to use, doesn't smell, looks very natural, and has better ingredients than most self tanners I have tried. I have personally never had an issue with streaking or looking orange. I use this tanner with the LT mitt.

I have used many self tanners. I saw this one was vegan (+ on sale at the time) so i gave it a whirl. The color is beautiful, but the tan is streaky. Its splotchy the next day, it literally looks like i purposely missed huge patches. I am exfoliating, moistrurizing, all the things. Am i doing something wrong?

It's decent but the OG loving tan is great
I got this one only because I realized the OG loving tan has red, yellow and blue dye I think in it. I don't want to be rubbing cancer all over my body so this was a better option. Smell isn't that great and it's not as dark as the OG

Love the color, hate the smell
I absolutely love the color this gives. 5/5 on the color. However, the smell is FOUL! I've tried & used probably 15 self tanners total in my life & none have ever smelled this bad. Idk what it is. I thought i'd get used to it the more i used it but just used the last of my bottle last night & i don't know if i can purchase again because the smell is just so bad.

I am really confused by people saying it smelled bad. I do think it is a different smell than the regular Loving Tan but I do not think it is a bad smell and I absolutely LOVE the color. Color was beautiful and stayed on longer. Highly recommend!

Medium and Natural Glowing Tan
I've been self tanning for over 10 years. I've tried every self tanner. I swear, loving tan is just the best. I used to buy the original and ultra dark . I've decided that I wanted to do something organic. I'm so happy they came out with this pure line! I have fair skin. I am 47 and I bought the medium because I just want a light tan a light glow and this did not disappoint. It's natural looking just enough color and there's no orange no smell no streaking. I hope they never discontinue this product.!! I also bought the face serum and it is amazing. I like it better than the loving tan original face tanner.

Not sure what the bad reviews are about. I have tried all the self tanners from loving tan, and this is my favorite! Smells like chocolate when applied due to cocoa being an ingredient and it dries really fast. The tan looks very nice and i love how the ingredients are less harsh

I've been using self tanners for YEARS and have been moving towards the more natural ones so I gave this a go (I love the OG one). It smells SO BAD and I got a full body rash from it……I will be returning (obviously lol).

Over all love it!
I like this because it’s supposed to be more natural and I am hoping, better for me. It doesn’t have a great smell at first (no self tanner does honestly). I like the over all outcome. I feel like it comes off better than the original loving tan as it starts to fade. I don’t like that it is extremely sticky for awhile after applying it and I also don’t like how little product this bottle has. It’s not the full 4oz like the original product is. Over all, I would buy it again. I think sometimes your body gets used to a certain thing and it’s good to switch it up from the regular one to this formula. Give it a try!

I almost didnt buy this product because of the reviews about the smell. The smell isnt great but i dont think any self-tanner smells great —and the product worked so well and with better ingredients so i am happy that I took the chance. I will definitely buy it again.

The Best Safe Tanning Mousse
The initial smell isnt wonderful, BUT its worth it. This tan typiclally lasts me about five days. The smell goes away completely after the first day. LOVE the color and and doesn't fade in patches. Is it the same as tbe chemical/dye verison? No. But this is the best tanning mousse without harmful ingredients i have tried.

I am so here for Loving Tan producing self-tanner with better ingredients. The color isn't as good as the regular Loving Tan but it's absolutely worth it to me to have peace of mind knowing that I'm not putting harmful chemicals on my body!

I haven't let it develop yet but based on the smell (literal cow manure) and stickiness, I will never use this again no matter how pretty the tan turns out. I have used self tanners for several years and tried all brands, including the regular Loving Tan formula which I will exchange this for.

Save your money!
I am an avid self tanner and I have bounced back and forth between Loving Tan and St Tropez for over 5 years. I was so excited to see an Organic line with Loving Tan - however, this tanner became my very first self tanner disaster. I slept with the tanner on and my boyfriend also woke up with orange on his hands and legs. The way the product fades is terrible, and I have never had a tanner dry my skin out the way this one has! Please keep looking elsewhere or purchase Loving Tan's original tanners!
