I ordered two of these sconces. One was fine, but the other was broken. I returned it and ordered a replacement. My electrician is supposed to come today to install it, and I just opened it to discover this replacement sconce is ALSO BROKEN! I should have opened it the minute I received it, but I trusted that the first one was a fluke and the replacement would be fine. Now I am concerned there is a flaw in the design. Since one is already installed (and has been for some time), I can't really return both and choose something else. Needless to say, I am very disappointed.
