The dietions need to be updated. There were a couple of things that were different than what the directions said. They lso eed to be a bit more detailed. The table went together quickly but the chairs took almost an hour each to assemble. I suggest putting 1 together at a time. Once you figure it out, it goes faster. We used the tools that came with the set for the bulk of the assembly and a drill for the chair pads. Seems like good sturdy furniture. I added stick on chair sliders to the bottom of the legs so they dont scratch the floor. I wish the table top wasn't vaneer because that's what takes the most abuse. The chairs are comfortable but I wish somewhere in the product description it noted whether or not they're scotch guarded because they're such a light color.

The table is a nice size for my kitchen. The other reviews have pretty good representative pictures. The whole table and the chairs were really easy to assemble except the cushions. You need a drill for the cushions with a long skinny screw bit. The cushions seem comfy and squishy but I don't want to fall off the chair yet without them being secured. Just waiting for a long screw bit in the mail to finish.

Not sure why no one is mentioning how small this table is compared to the chairs. They are so out of proportion. NOT worth the sale price of $375, cant imagine anyone paying the full price over $500!! Returned to target immediately! They took it fully assembled!

Giving this product 5 stars for look and aesthetic but 2 stars for my husband’s cursing while putting it together. If you could count how many times he cursed and was upset with putting it together, it would be on both hands. The table was no problem, but when it came to the chairs, the tool that is provided does not function that well and the holes are small. We had to use a very thin and long Philips screwdriver to finish it up. The seats also don’t tighten well to the frame and so they might lift a bit. Overall, I love the look and it is perfect in our apartment’s small dining area where we used to have a two seater table but wanted guests to be able to sit and eat. I just didn’t like my husband’s frustration haha

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had my eye on this for a while and it even sold out when I was trying to make a decision. Eventually I just went for it and I’m glad I did. My apartment is on the smaller side but this fits the space perfectly. I was set on finding something that seated four people but would suit the smaller space and this was it. Im ultimately happy with my purchase but I noticed when I was unpacking the table top it had a dent in it, almost like it was dropped. It’s small but noticeable. It’s not enough for me to deal with the hassle of trying to get a new one but it is disappointing. This was also not too difficult to put together with the help of another person, but it’s doable if you’re on your own.

Quality of dining table are as expected for the price. The assembly of this set was simple & straightforward but you definitely need a power drill for the chairs!!! Assembly also took a little longer than expected but was only tedious and not very difficult. Would highly also recommend having a second person with you to help!

A Wonderful set. If you’re looking for something that fits your space or something that doesn’t take up loads of space then this is it ! For me this works. I must say it’s sturdy. Go slow with putting it together, take your time. it comes in two boxes so make sure to look in both boxes THOROUGHLY for PACKETS.

The screws and holes for the screws are not long enough and the holes had to be drilled longer. The screws are barely holding the chair pads onto the wooden chair frames. For the money, this should not be the case …..period. The color of the wood is nothing like the picture … it is very dark. Just wish you could buy products and have the experience go right. Why is this too much to ask?
