Battery health not as advertised
I was optimistic. The phone, cosmetically looks brand new, unfortunately its battery maximum capacity is only at 78%, well below the advertised 85% or better, and also below the capacity of my four year old iPhone 12 mini. Not worth spending $400 for a lower performing battery than I was hoping to replace. Will be returning.

Battery health lower than described in Q&A
I was looking for a new phone that was compact in size, so I was excited to see that Target sells the iPhone 13 mini as a preowned product. I read through the Q&A about the product and felt comfortable purchasing it because Target staff guaranteed a minimum battery capacity of 85%. My new phone has a battery capacity of 83%...it's hard to say how much of a difference this will make, but I'll need to buy a new battery sooner than expected. Using Apple's estimator tool, a new battery currently costs $89.

Great iPhone at a reasonable price
I like the fact that this phone is conveniently small. It’s a little bigger than an iPhone 5S, or an SE 1st Generation iPhone, yet is smaller that an iPhone 13. This model is also the last to have both a physical SIM card tray, as well as an eSIM. 128GB is a decent amount of storage capacity for me. There’s nothing to not like about this phone. It’s a great phone at a reasonable price.

No issues whatsoever
I needed a newer model iPhone because I had an Apple SE for 6 years. I like the smaller screen size and reactivity to my touch. The battery life is significantly improved along with the processing power. Glad to have received it quickly and there have been no issues after about a month with it.
