So Far So Good
I've had the service for about a week and so far everything's going as expected (though they do send a lot of emails). Switching from my previous provider wasn't difficult. Service from my home (which wasn't so great with my previous provider) is working well.

Switching to Mint had mostly good points. It was fairly easy to switch and the support is great. Sow side is I was inundated with emails and texts. It got confusing as to which ones were new, and which ones were marketing and I'd already switched

I highly recommend Mint.
I've had Mint mobile for less than a month but I'm pleased with it. I use the phone as a home phone, a replacement for my landline phone. Works great! Glad I switched from Spectrum!

I'm back
I love Mint. However, I stepped away for a while to try Ultra because Mint doesn't love Mexico as much as Canada, and I live at the U. S. /MX border. I need a service that moves across borders daily (more than the Minternational option). Although Ultra offers coverage across the southern U. S. border (for a price), I found that the coverage wasn't worth the price. So I'm back. Keep up the good work - and please develop a plan that works better in the Southern U. S. border communities.

So far so good. Used it plenty with WIFI option here at home. Haven’t honestly tested it out in the field as they say. That’ll change in a few months. Activation was a bear only on T-mobile’s end. Took forever to find one code number that was necessary. Even a temporary one.

Pluses and minuses
While the phone service seems to be fine, no problems so far especially for the money, getting switched over took WAY too long! My phone was set up for esim, (when I removed the sim tray, there was no physical sim card). Since I had never touched a sim card in my life, I didn't know any better. Three different representatives seemingly didn't know any better either. Two told me there was a local technical issue with a tower, one told me my phone was still locked. While navigating around my phone, I found where the 'esim' was the default, I changed the setting to a physical sim card, PRESTO, my phone works fine.

Internet speed
I switch from the 5gb plan to unlimited plan and the internet speed slowed from 4glte+ to just lte i don't know why I was also disappointed i missed the unlimited black Friday deal

The service = good Logging in problems
So far the service is good better than before. So I'm happy. Problems with activation was CC not transferring my phone number. I thought it was activated but Consumer Cellular was still charging me since they didn't transfer the number and insisted I should switch back to them when they never even switch me to you. I couldn't log in because you didn't have my phone number I think that was changed but this last time I tried to log in I still haven't been able to log in on the app. I got a letter about my 3-month being up and I think they made an offer but I haven't been able to log on I'm working on it.
