We’ll send you an email with a recommended data amount based on your usage. Keep the same amount, or upgrade or downgrade based on what’s right for you. There is a small price increase after the initial period. You can log into your account to see the increase for your chosen plan.

    Frustrated

    I spent two hours on my phone on November 22 with a young man from Mint Mobile who told me he was moving the phone number I previously had with my old phone to this new phone. It looked like he did it the first day. but it wasn't permanent and reverted back ti the number that came with this phone. I cannot havr that happening as my Loop Recorder that monitors my heart is connected to that previous number. I am exceedingly frustrated and disgusted!!!

    All my calls have. come through as clear as can be. But unless I'm connected to wifi the data is sloooowwww. . can't complain too much though because of the money it saves me.

    Solid choice for the savings

    Happy overall. My goal was to save money which is happening. The humam customer service was VERY helpful in clearing up an issue I was having with activation. The service is definitely not as good as my previous carrier but that's actually great since it limits my screen time a bit, which I wanted anyway. Overall I'm glad there was this alternative to the mega carriers available and will most likely stick with Mint.

    Very happy so far!

    I've used Mint Mobile for almost 2 months now and it's been great. I haven't really noticed any difference in reception from my previous carrier. If it continues to stay this good I don't foresee switching back. I'm very satisfied so far!

    Customer service sucks

    After inputting my phone model I was told mint was compatible with my phone. It took 4 hours with customer service to tell me my phone isn't fully compatible. I need to be on WiFi for my phone to maybe work. Customer service transferred me multiple times to the manufacturer who would just tell me to call back to mint customer service.

    Worth it.

    I made the switch from Tracfone to Mint Mobile. I wish I had done this sooner! The service is better, the price is lower, and account management is a lot smoother and easier. I love your guys' ads/marketing too, lol. Keep up the good, lighthearted work.
