Great idea but makes it harder to drink

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This straw is just the right size for the replay cups, and they do a great job at preventing my toddler from pulling the straw out AND from pushing the straw in (a new interest of his). However, it makes it much more difficult to drink out of the straw, probably because it prevents air movement. The design is almost there - they just need a divot on the top and bottom in the same section so air can flow. This means it will no longer be as spill proof, but I think the trade off is worthwhile.
