Inaccurate web description. It shows the model having the crinkle all the way to the waist, the elastic part. It does not . It’s just barely on the breast and anybody with bigger breasts. It’s not gonna cover them.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Beautiful dress perfect for a vacation or a hot sunny day. I felt like it landed at an awkward length personally for me but im sure with some heels it’ll look good but i don’t wear heels 😅. Overall great material it hugs the right places and balances the rest of the body and it has pockets!!

No help from Target for returns through 3rd party vendor

This is not a Target item. Ships from outside vendor. Bought skirt from this vendor through target and they delayed the shipping. when I received item it was poor quality item. When I tried to return it they refused my return stating return window is expired. Return window starts from day of order even if order is delayed.

Perfect summer dress

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am absolutely in love with this dress! I’m 5'2" and about 120 lbs, and the size Small fits perfectly. The Fit: The smocked bodice is very stretchy and comfortable, providing a secure fit without feeling restricted. The Length: Being on the shorter side, I’m often worried about maxi dresses being too long, but this hits at just the right spot to look flowy and elegant. The Style: The square neck and ruffle cap sleeves are so flattering. The fabric is light and "flowy," making it perfect for hot summer days or a beach vacation. The blue floral pattern is even prettier in person. It’s definitely my new favorite "go-to" sundress

This is a scam. Target you are better than this!!

This item has a Kohl’s clearance bin tag on it. It also says it’s not eligible for return as I am trying to return.
