Not the right tape for moving boxes.
We bought this tape during our current move. It would not stick to the moving boxes and would pop loose. It was impossible to pull the tape tight. We ended up re-taping all of the boxes with another brand.

Worse Than Useless
Worse than useless! You must spend lots of time trying to get the end of the tape free and not splitting to use it. I shall never buy this again!

Poor quality
Poor quality. End of tape came out of dispenser and stuck to roll and impossible to get it back…tore when I found end and tried to restart. Ended up throwing it away…wasted it! Never happens with scotch brand packing tape!

Weak Shear Strength and HARD recovery
It shears horribly and my wife, who is packing up her mother's estate 1500 miles way, is unable to recover the ends after it shears. At this point, she gets through 15-20 yards, and the hits a shear and has to start another roll. She is on roll 3 in 3 days, with 2 partially used rolls sitting in the corner.

Junk Tape
this is the worse tape I have ever purchased. A total waste of money. Does not come off clean, and tangles all the time. I wish that I would have kept my receipt and returned to. don't waste your money on this stuff

No longer the standard
Duck Tape use to be the standard by which all tapes were measures. I bought a 6 pack of standard grade and it is worthless. It splits lengthwise constantly and is flimsy. I will never buy this again.

Waste of money
This is really hard to work with - keeps sticking to itself, poor stick to cardboard, doesn't cut easily with the serrated applicator cutter. Price tag is cheap but you get what you pay for - crap.

What happened in 2023?
I used to love using this tape for shipping to family around the USA. However what I bought just before Christmas 2023 kept breaking off and was always not staying on the cutting seam. I have tried to get it back but once on the roll, it cannot be peeled away.

Bought this to package up boxes to store, can't unroll tape without it ripping and falling apart. Terrible product. Will not be purchasing from the brand again

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This was a forty yard roll of packing tape. easiest I have ever used. it cut smoothly and I only used about a quarter of a roll and I wrapped a zillion presents. It is very smooth, does not cling onto other objects but sticks well to boxes. I would highly recommend this. I do alot of arts and crafts and shipping items and this is the only way to go.

It's ok
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This isn't the strongest longest lasting tape. But it's doing the job. Overtime the tape peels away from the box. That made me uncomfortable with the longevity of the product use. It did the job for taping my kitty litter bag and still stuck on the plastic bag well. There was a hole in the bag and it has kept it sealed. So it worked much better on a plastic bag than the cardboard box.

Duck tape should stick to what they are good at.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It cuts great when I can actually get the tape dispensed OFF the roll. It took me almost ten minutes and using a pair of scissors made for cutting through plastic and wood to finally make the tape dispensed correctly. Once off the roll and set up it did cut the tape great but the moment it slips it's impossible to get back on the track again. Duck tape should stick to non clear taping purposes. That's what they excel in best.

Cheap
