Over all I'm pleased

I would give 5 stars for the unit but there is one thing I really don't like about the unit. It says it vibrates in a range of 4-40hz. I would greatly prefer this was the scale used on the digital read out. Instead it goes from 1-60

I’ve been using the Lifepro Rumblex Plus 4D Vibration Plate for recovery, mobility, and overall fitness, and it’s been a great addition to my routine. The machine feels sturdy, runs quietly, and offers multiple vibration modes that make it useful for everything from warmups to recovery sessions. I’ve noticed reduced soreness after workouts, improved circulation, and better lower-body stability, especially around my knees. The cushioned platform is comfortable on the joints, and the preset programs make it easy to use for quick 10–15 minute sessions. It’s not a miracle weight-loss machine, but when combined with exercise and good habits, it’s an excellent tool for recovery, mobility, and muscle activation. Overall, I’m very happy with it and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking to improve recovery and overall wellness.

Great workout tool

I didn't think I'd sweat when using my rumblex 4D vibration plate, especially for only 10 minutes, but I was surprised when my workout was over. I'm looking forward to trying out all the different modes.

My sister has one and I tried it out and my back pain was gone before I did the 1st 10 minute session. I ordered mine before I left her house. It's a back saver without a doubt!

Good Vibes!

I'm loving my Rumblex Plus 4D vibration plate. I just discovered workout videos to help meet my goals and I'm working up a sweat! Look forward to seeing the results in a few weeks! The quality of the product itself is even better than I expected. And for the price, it's a good value.

Unit is great! The remote control is horrible!

The unit works great. It’s very smooth and very quiet and no complaints about the unit except when it’s connected to the remote. The remote fails at every level. The remote is Janky, buttons stick and overrides whatever you’re trying to do using the screen on the unit (when a button gets stuck on the remote). The remote is very poor design, very poor functionality and is basically required i for safety according to the operation manual. Hope to figure this out soon!

Waited awhile to get this one!

I am thrilled with the performance of this vibration plate as compared to the most expensive one. I had AI compare this Rumblex 4D to the Power Plate and it is the best value. My Dexa scan on one hip is just over the line for osteoporosis, so I set out to find ways that I could stop the progression, and vibration plates work to build strong bones. Then I looked for the best one that I could afford. It is a quiet unit, challenges my muscles and makes me feel a sense of accomplishment by using it daily. Can’t wait for the next DEXA.

Received in mail today…does not work!

Tried manually, and it worked for a time. The remote does notfunction. Changed the battery, watched a video that obscured the side the battery should be placed. Frustrating evening!
