I recently ordered this OtterBox power bank charger, and unfortunately, it doesn’t hold a charge at all. I reached out to return it, but Target is now refusing to accept the return, which I find completely unfair. It’s frustrating to be stuck with a product that doesn’t work as advertised, especially when I was told it would perform reliably. I expected better customer service and accountability.

this is a piece of hot garbage. i really wanted it to work with the two sided wireless charging. but it wouldn't even charge itself with the usb-c cable let alone any wireless charging. utter disappointment.

This product is incredible. It’s convenient and simple to use. It doesn’t fall off or make the phone hard to use with it on. It doesn’t make the phone too heavy either. The only concern I have is the amount of damage it can do to the phone if there’s not a case on it. I have a mag safe case on my 14 Pro Max and the spot where I stick this charger onto has significantly deteriorated. I believe this also has something to do with my Mag Safe mount from this company as well. Just have a case on when using anything that touches your phone!

While it does provide close to a full charge, it gets hot and I find the MagSafe falls off without much force. The temperature of the battery makes me want to use it less.

First power bank I’ve purchased for my iPhone 14 Pro Max. I noticed than when I attach it to my phone sometimes it doesn’t work at all even though it’s fully charged. To get it to start working again I need to connect it to a power supply, and after that it starts working fine, and I can disconnect it from the USB. 2 stars because when it does work, it does the job. But to get it to work I need to carry my usb charger and power adapter with me, very inconvenient.

As far as I can tell it’s the only MagSafe battery pack that also charges via MagSafe. I bought four of them so everyone in the family has a spare.
