Horrible experience

Thus should be a zero. My order was completed so I headed to the store drive thru to pick it up. I waited 15 minutes (with my flashers on because there were no open drive up slots available) and with no explanation my order was cancelled. No one approached to explain - just cancelled. The worst customer service!!
