Great product, bad packaging
So far I like the product, but the writing/design on the bottle started to peel off and shift after a few days of sitting in my shower. Mostly aesthetic, but considering the sensitive nature of this product, I can’t help but feel worried that the paint will come off on my hands and end up somewhere it shouldn’t.

Good but larger bottle is the same 5oz
So I like this product, it's not irritating and overall does what it needs to do. I've always been slightly annoyed with the price! Such a small amount 5oz for $15. I was excited to see a new larger bottle for the same price thinking maybe they listened to their customers and gave us more. It's just a larger bottle but the same 5oz. Why? to make us feel like we are getting more? I still reccommend this product but annoyed with this.

Formula Changed!
I used this product of yeeears! Sadly will stop using this product. I bought a new bottle this year & it’s not the same, I still had some in the old bottle so I compared both, right away I noticed the color changed. This new formula does not lather at all, doesn’t even foam up & it’s more runny. Doesn’t feel like it’s cleaning.

I don’t recommend this product at all for sensitive skin or dry skin It has a very dry texture to the skin after you dry off also for the price, the bottle should not be that size to small

Don’t care for the way it cleans, don’t care for the smell. The smell is actually horrendous, not sure if I got a bad one or not since other reviews mention it either has a soft smell or no scent.

Formula changed. Watery!
This has been my go to for years! However they changed the formula and now it's watery and won't lather AT ALL. It also isn't as effective since it's so watered down. I compared the bottle I had from a few months back that I pour into my travel bottle to the one I got most recently and there's a HUGE difference! FIX THE FORMULA BACK

I loved this cleanser, but my bottle I got recently is a water down. I don’t know if it’s a bad bottle or the change of formula. I really hope not because this is my favorite pH cleanser that actually works and this stuff is not cheap. I do not need some water down bottle.

The bottle is so small! Disappointed at the price. I am going with my FAVORITE brand for feminine wash instead even though I have to wait on the mail. You get a better bang for your buck and the quality is topnotch! Hint: Salt ‼️

DO NOT BUY!!
I thought I was crazy until I read the reviews never used this product until a few weeks ago I decide to try it worst idea ever. After use it caused me burning and dryness which later caused an infection. Please read the other reviews I am not the only one.
