Received the product fast. The collar that is screwed on top of the light canopy came lose after light giggling. I was sent a replacement unit promptly and it too had the same issue. I decided to return both units. The vendor was very easy to work with, but the quality of the product was poor.

Better quality than available in home improvement box stores.
Serious parking materials and boxing. Quality right from the start. The lamp is exceptionally well made and looks fantastic in our dining room.

5 stars if the diffuser was glass
Beautiful fixture, but the diffuser is shiny plastic, and looks very cheap. I ended up applying a film to the surface, and now it has more of a matte finish. At this price point, I would want to see a glass diffuser.

Pendant light
We are extremely pleased with this light! It arrived sooner than we expected and was packed exceptionally well. There were no installation instructions but it wasn’t difficult to install. Regardless, it looks AMAZING!!!!!! The light immediately updated our eat-in kitchen area and puts out the right amount of light. We like that you can use up to five lightbulbs so you can control how much light you want. We highly recommend this light.

Very nice silhouette
Everything about it is excellent except the metal spokes that connect to the shade frame. They are visible through the shade when it is light. That's not a deal breaker but it should be improved in future production. That said it still rates four and one half stars.
