Recommend this quality lamp. Beautiful artistic piece. Very simple construction so not sure why I read review about it being difficult. There’s one but to tighten. I would suggest to coat the threads of the glass balls with a tiny amount of white lithium grease or similar. This will make screwing them on their bases super easy.

Gorgeous lamp! Easy to assemble, elegant! I absolutely love it! Although the lights are dimmable, the lowest beam is still a little bright. However, I would still highly recommend this product. I also received the lamp 2 or 3 days after I ordered it which was also a plus. Highly Recommend!

Difficult to put together
I love the look of the lamp but so far we have been unable to get the recommended light bulbs to fit into the lamp with balls. Have broken one bulb trying to get it together. Not sure if it is going to work in the end.

Exchange/Return Process
Lamp was lovely but after all the work of putting this heavy large lamp together it did not work. Having to repack and drag this heavy item back outside for pickup is inconvenient and a difficult task for your customers. Wa interested in exchanging but after all the hassle I decided to get a refund instead.
