We put these down where there was evidence of mice (after we cleaned up the droppings) and there is still evidence of mice in the garage. Maybe we needed to put more out due to the size of our garage. They smell nice and I like the idea that it isn’t poison. Will try them again, maybe with more of them spread out.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this product for free from Bonide and Influenster for my honest review. When I originally claimed this, I thought it was mouse poison. It is just a repellent. When I realized this, I thought that I would place one in our house and one in our barn by electrical appliances, where I often have mouse droppings. I have to be honest, I wasn’t expecting the deterrent from the smell of peppermint oil that these little bags have offered. These actually performed! I would have never purchased these, if I hadn’t tried them out first. I cut a bag open to show what it looks like.

However, we have had problems in the past with mice getting under the hood of our vehicles and chewing on wires.
