Works like a charm!

We live in a barndominium and the barn side definitely has rats and chipmunks living in it so I have been super paranoid about a rodent issue in our living space, but we also have dogs that are in and out so traps/ poison are out of the question. I have used this for 4 years and can gladly report that we’ve had no issues with rodents! I make sure to spray extra generously around doorways and baseboards. Highly recommend!

Not Effective

This product seems like it only deters the mice while the scent is strong. Once the scent begins to fade it's useless. I would not recommend this. It does smell good but that's about it.

Strong peppermint smell, but doesn’t keep mice away. I bought this to put in our seasonal park model under the tub enclosure where occasionally I find evidence of a mouse. I soaked cotton balls in a small plastic container and placed under tub enclosure. I checked a few weeks later on our next stay, the the cotton balls were shredded and a mouse peed and pooped in the container.

I would recommend

I like the product. We spray it outside every couple of days to keep the squirrels out of our yard. Last year, a squirrel tore up two of the cushions on our patio furniture. We purchased a new patio set and we spray this product every couple of days and guess what. We haven't had any squirrels in our yard and our new patio furniture is still intact. We have actually been able to enjoy our yard and patio furniture!
