However, our products contain 4% peppermint oil in the ready-to-use formula. Pets may not like the smell of the peppermint, but after it is applied, it is virtually impossible for them to be exposed to toxic levels. We recommend not to spray directly on pets or let them drink the liquid. Over 20 years of records, there have been few serious reactions reported to the Animal Poison Control Center to any peppermint product. The few incidents that did occur were associated with topical sprays, shampoos, or spot-on treatments. None of these incidents involved anything like our 4% mint area repellent sprays.

Hello, We are so sorry it didn't work for your needs. Sometimes it does take some time to work effectively. Most people find that they need to spray two to three times a week at the beginning.
