I do recommended using these traps with another pesticide for effectiveness as i think it wouldn’t be enough to get rid of ants on its own by itself .

I didn’t currently have any ants, but my neighbor was complaining about them so I set up a few in her kitchen and they actually worked. She didn’t have a total infestation just a few that were crawling around her kitchen counter. Not sure what the long-term result is, but temporarily it seemed to get rid of them.

We had ants marching through our kitchen every day no matter how clean we kept the counters. I placed a couple of these traps along their usual path and within 24 hours, the trail got smaller—and by day 3, completely gone! What I like is that the bait attracts the ants without being messy or smelly. The traps are small and discreet, so I could tuck them behind appliances and near baseboards. It’s also a relief to know that the ants take the bait back to their colony, which helps eliminate the problem at the source instead of just killing the ones you can see. I tend to have ants in my bathroom when it gets hot, so even if I have company coming I don’t mind setting one of these out because they aren’t large, or ugly. They have no smell and leave no mess to clean.

I used them at the beginning of May and although I saw less ants at the beginning right after I set the traps up, ants would keep coming out. So I think they are effective for a short period of time but they don’t fix the problem permanently.

I placed the Raid Ant Baits indoor ant killer insect traps around my kitchen. My kitchen has been ant free since I placed the traps. The traps are reasonably priced and do not have a strong scent. I would definitely buy these traps again.
