Ineffective on spiders
Spiders are refreshed by this product. I did a continuous spray on several spiders for more than 10 seconds. They did not budge. They almost seemed to be laughing or one might see their reaction as them enjoying a glass of wine at the end of a long day. They were CHILLIN!! It’s garbage. I’m going to see about returning it.

Does Not Work!
Overwhelming strong scent. Doesn't work on roaches. After spraying on them, they just keep moving. Not sure how long it takes for this product to work, but it's now been 10 minutes and the roach is still moving.

Ruined my floors
Do not use this! It ruined my polished concrete floors. I bought this versus the other brands because it said it was safe to use around people but it ruined my polished concrete floors. It would probably ruin wood floors too.

It doesnt kill the spider immediately
I used this to kill a spider on the ceiling. It did reach the spider which was like 2 feet away. However it knocked the spider to the floor and it was still moving although with difficulty. Eventually it froze up and although it was still alive it wasn't moving places just movint it's legs. While it's organic it does have a bit of a scent although it's not unpleasant. It might just be better to use raid cause that actually worked for me to kill a roach and it didn't smell bad. Overall it seems to stun the spider not kill it you have to do it yourself.

SKIN IRRITATION!!!!
1) I got a very severe ear dermatitis using this spray trying to kill ants. I woke up next morning with a huge rash on my ear. (After doing research, it is a side affect from using this spray) 2) Does not work! I was spraying the ant and the ant was literally still walking around soaked in the spray! Windex works better than this so called ant killer!

Very strong bad smell
Although this does work at killing pests, it has a very strong smell. Once sprayed, even a little bit, it fills up your home with the strong smell and it lasts for days. Effective but with a downside.

This did not help with killing spiders, it essentially only made them wet and slowed them down for me to kill them. Would not recommend.

The Most Horrible Smelling Bug Spray
I typically buy EcoSmart products at Target, or I did - apparently they don't carry that brand anymore. So, after my kitchen was marched upon by ants - and realizing I was running low on the EcoSmart - I bought this product. I sprayed a small amount last night (about 12 hours ago) and the horrible scent of this product is still lingering. This after I tried to clean the area I sprayed, after I've had the window in the kitchen open, and after I've been running the exhaust fan non-stop for hours. I'll never buy this product again, even it it is effective in deterring ants. The smell is beyond horrible!!!

DOES NOT WORK IN SPIDERS.
IF YOU HAVE SPIDERS, DOES NOT WORK! I sprayed it directly on a spider who decided to make a web right in front of my door. I sprayed that spider 3-4 times and all it did was make the spider walk around then it continued to sit on its web. I had to get a broom to break the web and the spider ran into the bushes. Waste of money. Purchased, because it’s safe for pets. It smells just like mosquito repellent. I’m going to have to buy the toxic brand raid. I can’t keep walking into spider webs with spiders in them and scream loud waking up my neighbors.

I really didn't want to buy any sprays cause I have a dog and in the past the hazardous sprays are useless in keeping bugs out. But this stuff worked instantly. I sprayed countertops, any cracks and spots I've been seeing ants. Right away the would get stuck in it and not move. The only down side for me is its very greasy causes of the oils and shows on surfaces but wipes away easy. Also the price for what you get can be a better value, I'm sure it won't last long.

Look for an alternative
Took a significant amount of spray to kill the smallest of spiders, and then did not kill larger spiders. I live in a third floor apartment and attempted to kill spiders living in my windows. I sprayed through the screen towards the outside and the smell of the spray will not go away, even after wiping down the area, having a fan and windows open, etc. The smell isn’t a toxic smell, but it is definitely noticeable.

SMELL IS TOXIC
I bought this because it was advertised and safe around kids, animals and for indoor and outdoor use. NO.. This is not safe around anyone or indoors. The smell is so overwhelming. We sprayed one room and it smells toxic. The smell has lingered for over 12 hours now. It has spread into others rooms. We could not even sleep downstairs in our bedrooms. I ran two air purifiers for 12 hours and the smell is not gone. I would never recommend this product.

This product that it is pet safe because I used it around a dog and he had no issues. THE ROACH THO! SPRAYED a 1/3 of the can on top of it and it was still able to run under my bed. WASTE OF MONEY

Takes too long
It takes a long time for the bug to be killed with this. I have a wood floor and it took me a while to clean up the greasy mess it made on my floor. I definitely do not recommend this.

Its summertime out here in Arizona and ants are attacking in swarms like Wu tang killer bees. I've made homemade remedies that have worked in the past but the ants have evolved. STEM is a wonderful product

This is the most incredible product.
I started having a cockroach problem after I bought a used floor shampooer. I tried, Bug Md. And other spray products. I have dogs, cats and parrots so I researched a product that would not be harmful to them. I decided to try Stem, and I'm ever so glad I did. This stuff is amazing. The odor is tolerable, my problem is disappearing, and the best thing is that it's safe around my pets. I would definitely recommend this product to anyone with the same issues. Thank you, Stem.
