A must have!
It works wonders for us ! Instantly killed the roach among contact ! And by morning everything was dead! I would absolutely recommend it. The smell is strong but worth it since it’s eliminating the bug problem the residue it oily so we spray at night and in the morning When cleaning up we wipe everything down! I have 3 young children and it does not seem to bother them at all.

This worked great on those waterbug roaches we get in the summer. It does not work on contact it takes a min but so does raid so I dont know why everyone is complaining. It stuns them then takes a min for them to die but they do. Everyone is also complaining about the smell. Yes the odor is strong especially if you use a couple squirts which kills bugs faster but you are SUPPOSED TO CLEAN AREA you sprayed with Soap and water after!!!! If you do that and open a window the smell goes away quick. I think this works great and the fact it is safe for pets and kids is a win win!

Don't waste your time.
This stained my cement area in the backyard and did not even work. It is horrible and there are still ants. Wish I would have never purchased.

Horrible nozzle design
Can get the spray nozzle to unlock!! Had to use a screwdriver to pry it apart since turning it clockwise wasn’t working!

Not effective
I’m disappointed in the stem insect spray. While it’s pet friendly it has a strong smell and leaves an oily mess behind. It basically drowned the ants and did not keep them from coming right back.

Kills roaches
This kills ants, but more importantly cockroaches! And on the spot! As soon as I sprayed it on the roach, the roach did not run because of the poison. Though it did not die instantly, it was not going anywhere. I swept it up and flushed it down the toilet since it was big and I didn’t want to smash it.

Just an aid.
Works well. Spray the ants, it slows them down and you can then smash them. I've yet to see if it keeps them away. Smell stays forever.

The strong scent is essential oils. It leaves an oil streak to stick to surfaces and remain effective. lots of bad reviews on here but I really like this spray. kills ants really well! safe spray!

Ineffective on spiders
Spiders are refreshed by this product. I did a continuous spray on several spiders for more than 10 seconds. They did not budge. They almost seemed to be laughing or one might see their reaction as them enjoying a glass of wine at the end of a long day. They were CHILLIN!! It’s garbage. I’m going to see about returning it.

Does Not Work!
Overwhelming strong scent. Doesn't work on roaches. After spraying on them, they just keep moving. Not sure how long it takes for this product to work, but it's now been 10 minutes and the roach is still moving.

Ruined my floors
Do not use this! It ruined my polished concrete floors. I bought this versus the other brands because it said it was safe to use around people but it ruined my polished concrete floors. It would probably ruin wood floors too.

It doesnt kill the spider immediately
I used this to kill a spider on the ceiling. It did reach the spider which was like 2 feet away. However it knocked the spider to the floor and it was still moving although with difficulty. Eventually it froze up and although it was still alive it wasn't moving places just movint it's legs. While it's organic it does have a bit of a scent although it's not unpleasant. It might just be better to use raid cause that actually worked for me to kill a roach and it didn't smell bad. Overall it seems to stun the spider not kill it you have to do it yourself.

SKIN IRRITATION!!!!
1) I got a very severe ear dermatitis using this spray trying to kill ants. I woke up next morning with a huge rash on my ear. (After doing research, it is a side affect from using this spray) 2) Does not work! I was spraying the ant and the ant was literally still walking around soaked in the spray! Windex works better than this so called ant killer!

Very strong bad smell
Although this does work at killing pests, it has a very strong smell. Once sprayed, even a little bit, it fills up your home with the strong smell and it lasts for days. Effective but with a downside.

This did not help with killing spiders, it essentially only made them wet and slowed them down for me to kill them. Would not recommend.

The Most Horrible Smelling Bug Spray
I typically buy EcoSmart products at Target, or I did - apparently they don't carry that brand anymore. So, after my kitchen was marched upon by ants - and realizing I was running low on the EcoSmart - I bought this product. I sprayed a small amount last night (about 12 hours ago) and the horrible scent of this product is still lingering. This after I tried to clean the area I sprayed, after I've had the window in the kitchen open, and after I've been running the exhaust fan non-stop for hours. I'll never buy this product again, even it it is effective in deterring ants. The smell is beyond horrible!!!

DOES NOT WORK IN SPIDERS.
IF YOU HAVE SPIDERS, DOES NOT WORK! I sprayed it directly on a spider who decided to make a web right in front of my door. I sprayed that spider 3-4 times and all it did was make the spider walk around then it continued to sit on its web. I had to get a broom to break the web and the spider ran into the bushes. Waste of money. Purchased, because it’s safe for pets. It smells just like mosquito repellent. I’m going to have to buy the toxic brand raid. I can’t keep walking into spider webs with spiders in them and scream loud waking up my neighbors.
