  • A: Hello, The Solid Wood Modern Farmhouse Queen/Queen Bunk Bed with Storage Drawers does have a secure ladder on the side of the bed frame. For raised beds, we suggest selecting a low-profile mattress between 5" and 8" thick to ensure the safety rail height is optimized. Best regards,

Q: What is the height from the floor to the bottom of the rail on the bottom bunk. Wondering if a trundle would fit under the bed if the drawers are not used.

  • A: The queen bed has feet that go along the support bar in the center of the bed so a trundle bed would not fit.

Great quality!

We are very happy with this bed! It’s perfect for the space and very solid/ well made. We had to make a few tweaks to the position of the under bed frame for it to be the right height, and there were some screws missing (that were not important to the structure thankfully) but otherwise we are very happy with our purchase! Please excuse my boys mess in the picture!
