Leaks!
Looked used when I went to use it for the first time. Water marks and a black mold like substance around the opening of the tank. I tried it out and the unit not only leaks a lot, the locking mechanism on the and won’t stay unlocked, so I have to hold it open so I can squeeze the trigger. It feels very flimsy while using and just doesn’t get hot enough to actually clean. I had more of a mess to clean up from the leaky tank after attempting to use. Returned.

Not great!
I used this for the first time and while using one of the attachments it broke off the original attachment. I’m out of the return window so now I’m out $50. Would not recommend.

Small, compact, great price
This product is simply to use, has some good attachments and is a great price. However, it does not have the cleaning power I expected. The brush attachment got disfigured after the 1st use. You have to hold the nozzle the entire time and after awhile it hurts my hand. I have yet to use it on my hard water stained shower doors but will soon. The spray feature does not clean my stove they way the demo video shows (food items that are stuck don\'t just come off easily). I will update this review after I try it on the shower doors.

Awesome cleaning machine (kitchen stove/cook top)
My original purchase was to remove old automotive window tint. Used heat gun as in you tube videos, heat gun works. Will see if significant easier with steamer vs heat gun. As a side note this unit cleans tough things like stove top , oven glass. DONT WASTE TIME WITH CHEMICALS, STEAM IS KING. It is as easy as steam & wipe. Repeat as necessary. Unit works best in small spurts, you'll see change in steam as it cools. So clean small sections at a time. When I cleaned my ovens window glass it took about 20 minutes, but was clean when done. Most chemicals need to sit on spot 20 and still lots of work. Just steam small area and scrape with razor blade , can also wipe with paper towel. Will update when I try on automotive tint. Cons : Works in short burst , steam is also pressure behind cleaning. When unit is out of water, you get nothing out of hose tip. (Power light stays white, as in working mode) If using for long periods of time, be careful when refilling. (Recommend using distilled water. Can take top off if no pressure coming out of hose when triggered. Be careful of steam burn). When unit is out of water , un plug to not burn out heating element. When refilled with water on long use, pour 1/3 of water and sit (1-2min) so cool water can't damage unit. Then fill with correct amount of water. If changing cleaning tips , take care as tip is hot enough to burn if touched. Needs somewhere to hang steam wand, hose gets warm to touch also. Pro : Cleans well no chemicals added to surface or air in house.

Better than the bissell
Easier to handle than the steam shot with better pressure and heat. The only negative is there are no replacement brushes, however, the steam shot brushes work with this...not a perfect fit, but it worked well enough.

Cute and smart
Very cute, smaller than predicted, easy to clean heavy dirty as it has a lot of replacement clean-head for different purposes, worthy for self cleaning.
