First time buyer here. I may or may not be a return customer, too soon to tell. The bench was unfortunately the most extreme warm color, which is not the main color that is in all of the pictures that is a Puddy gray. This is really brown and is not what looks good in my room,but to be charged a restocking fee and deal with the hassle of a return I will probably keep it. It's a decent quality made wooden bench, but the hardware that was shipped was not accurate. I was given too much of the curly cue washers and not the flat ones, so I had to make do with incorrect hardware.

Worked perfect for our entryway. Sturdy and useful while still looking nice and not taking up too much space.
