Maxim Lighting Vesper 1 - Light Semi-Flush Mount in Satin Brass/Black

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have a hallway connecting my kitchen and living room that I fill with family pictures, and for a while I’ve been looking for a light to better illuminate and define the space. I was so excited to find this one – it’s the perfect size and puts off a nice soft white light. I love the two tone of the black with the matte bronze, and the white orb is matte as well. It accomplishes what I was hoping to do by elevating the area. My husband installed it, and he reported that the installation was really easy and quick, took less than 10 minutes – and the light looks stylish and fantastic.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This light comes with easy to follow instructions. It is easy to install and looks nice in the entryway where it was installed. It is a semi-flush mount light. The globe gives the light a glow because it is frosted. It looks nice in the entryway.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Vesper-Semi-Flush Mount light looks really nice after installation, but quickly after opening you realize the quality of the lighting materials are sub-par. If you can get it installed you will be good to go.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Just had my electrician install this. It looks so great! I love the modern look with the marble look in the middle. I will say it is larger than I thought and does take up quite a bit of space and hangs down farther than I thought. That would be the only reason I gave 4 stars but still love the look of it. They said it was very easy to install.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Vesper is a great little accent light by itself or in pairs. The globe itself buffers even bright lights and gives off a warm comforting glow. The pendant length is good even for 8 foot ceilings and can be mounted so that you dont hit your head. Overall a great little light that adds some subtle style to your space.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this ceiling light. It has a modern look. Easy to install. Only thing to note is that, this ceiling light is better for higher ceilings. I have a lower ceiling, so it hangs lower. Ideally, this will be perfect if I had a higher ceiling.

My favorite detail though is the giant glass orb - looks like a beautiful full moon. Love it over our refrigerator - looks like a work of art.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Vesper 1 in Satin Brass / Black looks great. The Mid Century Modern look is what I was going for and this fits perfect. The White cased glass globes looks great with the black accents of metal and Black marble it feels like a very upscale appeal. I would recommend this light to people that like that Mid Century Modern look.

I bough this light for a house I'm renovating and I got so many compliments on it during the open house! I think I made the right choice :) Absolutely gorgeous!
