Best Choice Products 8x2x2ft Outdoor Metal Raised Garden Bed, Planter Box for Vegetables, Flowers, Herbs - Dark Green

This is a rare very poor experience with Target. I ordered this raised garden bed. The M6 washers are missing from the package which has been thoroughly unpacked as I was prepping for assembly. I contacted Best Choice Products assuming they would be responsible for providing me with the missing washers. After 2 or 3 emails with them ultimately telling me that the washers are out of stock, but that it is Target who I need to be dealing with for this problem. Surprising, but OK. So, I attempt to use all the various links on Target's website to notify them of the missing parts and the only option offered are receiving a full refund (which I assume means I would need to pack all the panels and parts up and return, which is not happening as it has many parts and is completely unpacked) or replacing it but it is out of stock. Neither of these options are workable and all I need is the MISSING WASHERS. This is a colossal customer service fail on both Target's and Best Choice Products' part and needless to say I am extremely unhappy about it. The solution is that I am going to have to purchase the necessary washers at a hardware store to get this assembled. Beware!

I got this as a cheaper alternative to wood, and to minimize the amount of microplastics I would end up with in my garden, as I intend to eat the things I grow. Unfortunately, every square inch of the metal panels is coated with this awful, hard to remove plastic film that is tucked beneath the folded over edges, and leaves impossible to get rid of traces of itself. It is a sensory NIGHTMARE to touch, squeaks as you peel it off, takes FOREVER to remove, and completely ruins the whole "minimal microplastics" thing I had in mind when I bought it. There's no reason for this to be covered in this plastic film. Besides that, it's been a nightmare to put together. the instructions say it requires 2 people, and takes up to an hour to assemble. It took me almost an hour to remove the plastic alone, without help (Because I HAD nobody to help me with this, and didn't know I would need help). I also cut myself on the metal edges several times, despite doing my best to avoid doing so. I feel like if the edges are THIS sharp, you should at least make an effort to grind them down or fold them over so your customers don't bleed all over the thing. Just splurge and get a good quality wooden bed. You'll bleed a lot less.

Can't beat the price! The directions were useless and the hardware pack was missing the washers. I assembled it by myself in appx 1 hour. Very simple. 2 people can easily lift to move it around to find the perfect space for it. I recommend building it indoors or have good garden cushion for your knees to build outdoors. We built it indoors and just barely got it out of the house once assembled :) The material and color green look great and I can't wait to use it this Spring! This picture is how it was packed for delivery, along with my building support animal.

I ordered 2 eight foot garden beds but one of them was short 2 panels so now I have one eight foot and one six foot beds. The rubber protector strips will not stay in place. They look nice and materials are good quality. Very good overall for the price. I give them 4 stars=very good but not excellent.

My first review I love the furniture, but it hadn’t gotten rained on yet! After a week of rain and only have the 3 weeks all the weld spots are rusted, rust stains all over my new deck! It’s awful!

Very nice with a pleasent color. Took about 2 hrs. to put together (lots of screws & nuts) but fit together very well. Should provide lots of vegtables in comming year!

Great product, good materials and fairly easy to put together.

The pieces are about 19.5 “ in length so they come in a small box and you have to use screws and wing nuts to connect them. Washers were missing. It took us over an hour + to build it. Filled with logs, small branches, compost, & will add potting soil
