Best homemade Ice cream ever. I don’t feel guilty anymore for eating a whole pint as I know exactly what the ingredients are

It never worked reliably and not even a year later with regular maintenance it doesn’t work at all. Will never waste my time or money with another Ninja product if this is the level of quality they find to be acceptable.

I absolutely love my Ninja Cream Scoop and Swirl and trying all the different functions. Making your own version of ice creams, protein ice creams, sorbets etc. is worth the purchase and knowing the ingredients you choose. Thanks Ninja, we’re enjoying our homemade ice cream desserts.

I received this as a gift months ago and I absolutely love it. I use it almost everyday. I have tried so many flavors! You have to wait and freeze your ingredients for a certain amount of time to get that nice soft ice cream texture. Best thing I have in the kitchen. I’m so happy i dont have to keep going out and buying store bought ice cream.

I bought this as a gift for my husband. I’ve never been so disappointed with a purchase. The only upside was it is easy to return. It is very aesthetic, this does not make up for the poor design flaws throughout. I left the pints out 15 minutes to thaw and passed it through the mixer 2 times on the first ice cream before putting on the swirl side. It only did a little over half before it put out an error and I would have had to mix it again on the right side, but as the piece that pushes the ice cream out backed up to release the pint a bunch of ice cream ended up behind the seal, then I had liquid ice cream running all down the side of the machine. Normally this would not be an issue only another design flaw, there is a seam halfway down with a small gap. This makes it impossible to clean. It also got all over the piece that turns the swirl part to push it forward, if they made this piece removable it would make it much easier to clean, however it is inside the machine and impossible to clean all the crevices. I can’t imagine how filthy this thing gets over time. The pints are also impossible to clean as they do not completely come apart (you can find several videos online and customers complaining about mold growing because it never dries). Also after doing a second ice cream I passed it through the mixer 4 times and it did go through the swirl side after that. Once it pushed out as much as it could there was still a pretty decent amount left in the bottom of the pint, we just had to scoop it out at that point. I really wanted this to work, it was just way too much work and so much clean up and too many parts that were poorly designed.

The end result is good, but I wouldn’t call it an ice cream machine, it’s like a blender. Too expensive for why it is. I expected the machine to freeze the ice cream itself, but it doesn’t

I've owned seveal ice cream makers over the years but none of them worked well. The Ninja Scoop & Swirl is the first one that actually does what it's supposed to do. The first pint came out surprisingly well. I've been experimenting with Respinning, different flavors, etc. You can make ice cream, sorbet, etc. out of just about anything. The only down side is that the machine is large and NOISY....like a very noisy vaccum cleaner or ShopVac.

Made my first low cal, zero sugar content soft serve last night and it was sooooo good. I had to stop my self from having the whole pint. I used coconut milk, nonfat yogurt (though next time I'll use nonfat Greek yogurt), monk fruit w/ allulose, xanthan gum and pandan extract. I will be ordering extra pints and different extracts to be more adventurous. My only annoyance is it's loud during the "churning" process, but I can live with that.

This is the absolutely best. No more chemical filled ice cream. Thank you Ninja.. I have more of your products and from the ninja woodfire BBQ to the air fryer.. I highly recommend them all.

Absolutely in love - I'm diabetic type 1 And all the ice-cream offered in store are or too sweet or to expensive or just not good. This is great And even my kids love making the mix and wait for it

I am so thrilled that I bought this latest version. We haven’t used the soft serve as much as we thought we would, but the new cream fit function for ice cream is perfect when I do my protein powder, soy milk, fruit ninja creamy. I don’t have to run it for a five times anymore. Sometimes I just run it once or sometimes I need to re-spin. There’s a lot more to like about the design as well and Cleaning is easy.
