I was skeptical about an electric ice cream maker, and having it in 30 minutes. Well, I was pleasantly surprised, and it was delicious! Easy, just enough for two or three people, and cleanup was simple. Everyone should have one of these!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We researched first and compared quality and pricing. We weren't sure a compressor unit would be better. We are Primal Paleo with our own recipes and they worked: 2 cups fresh yogurt or heavy cream, 1/3 cup milk. Light vanilla, cinnamon and natural honey in 1/4 cup. This one does it beautiful and great price.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a truly great ice cream maker. Easy, simple to clean, and it makes just the right amount (1.5 qts). You have to admire a machine that has 2 settings: On and Off. My only complaint - and it's minor - is having to freeze the main unit. But hey - if you're making ice cream for 2 people, you don't have to have instant freeze. Highly recommended.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very easy to use and makes great ice cream fast. No mess and very easy cleanup. Have only tried two of the enclosed recipes. Both were great. Ice cream comes out with a soft serve consistency, but can be put in the freezer for a few hours and the consistency becomes like a good store bought ice cream with a homemade ice cream taste.

I was hesitant to purchase this… seemed too good to be true with pricing so reasonable! It’s absolutely a true bargain..& easy to operate & ice cream is delicious. I was so afraid it would be something I would need to find a space to store it since it wouldn’t be used much… no way, my family loves it … it’s quick, you know all the ingredients in it & it’s so good!

We have had this appliance for quite some time. My husband asked if we still had it , he was going to attempt to make ice cream. I found it in the basement , brought it to the kitchen and he’s been creating delicious ice cream once a ,week. He experiments with new combinations of ingredient’s. Add in Oreos, peanut butter cups, strawberries, the options are endless. best ice cream ! Fresh, creamy, and no freezer burn ! It does however take a little practice to get the right flavors and consistency. Keep trying …it’s worth it !

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought the "ice cream maker" thinking I would pour the ingredients into the mixer and it would mix and freeze; however, you DON'T! Premix all ingredients first, making sure the paddles are going when pouring the ingredients in, as they will freeze to the bottom if you don't turn the paddle on first. (Since you pre-mix the ingredients, you can freeze that and have ice cream instead.) It was supposed to come with a recipe booklet, but I couldn't find it anywhere.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Purchased this Ice Cream Maker one week ago. After reading lots of reviews for multiple brands, we decided that the Cuisinart was the best choice overall. We have already made two different batches of ice cream, using the recipes provided in the User Guide. We can’t stop raving about how absolutely delicious it was and even better, minus all the chemical additives that are now in store bought ice cream! So very easy to use, and just as easy to clean! Perfect size for a small family! I highly recommend this appliance if you want to enjoy some delicious, and healthier versions of those all time family favorite, frozen concoctions!
